Fudora Textile Co., Ltd. specializes in the manufacture and export of customized fabrics. Our services include fabric customization, quality control, international shipping, and customer support for B2B clients worldwide.

Orders and Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed purchase order and deposit payment
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply and vary by product type
• Custom orders require detailed specifications and may require sample approval
• Production timelines are provided as estimates and may vary based on order complexity

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed
• Standard payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
• Payment methods include wire transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C)
• Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and market conditions
• Late payment may incur additional charges as per agreed terms

Product Quality and Specifications

• We maintain strict quality control standards throughout production
• Fabric specifications must be confirmed in writing before production begins
• Sample approval is required for all custom orders
• Minor variations in color, texture, or weight (within industry standards) are acceptable
• Quality certificates can be provided upon request

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) are agreed upon per order
• Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control
• Risk of loss transfers according to agreed Incoterms
• Customers are responsible for customs clearance and import duties
• Insurance is recommended and can be arranged upon request

Returns and Refunds

• Claims for defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt
• Returns are only accepted for verified manufacturing defects
• Custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective
• Return shipping costs are determined based on the reason for return
• Refunds are processed within 30 days of approved return

Intellectual Property

• All designs, patterns, and technical information remain our property unless otherwise agreed
• Customer-provided designs are treated as confidential
• We respect all intellectual property rights and require the same from our clients
• Unauthorized reproduction of our products is prohibited

Limitation of Liability

Fudora Textile Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government regulations, labor disputes, or material shortages.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, and business data shared during the course of business. This obligation continues beyond the termination of any business relationship.

Governing Law and Disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China
• Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to arbitration in Shaoxing
• The language of arbitration shall be English and/or Chinese

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
