We’ll then either source an identical match, provide 2-3 close alternatives with detailed comparisons, or—if matching isn’t feasible—recommend superior or more cost-effective substitutes.
What's the difference between two similar fabrics, and why is one more expensive?

The bulk order doesn't match my approved sample, What happens now?
