Conventional Polyester
Choose conventional polyester when cost control, dyeing stability and repeat-order consistency are the main priorities. Confirm yarn specification, color standard and bulk tolerance before production.
Recycled Polyester
Recycled polyester polar fleece can be developed when verified recycled content is required. Confirm yarn availability, applicable GRS certification scope and transaction-certificate requirements before quotation. Documentation availability depends on the selected material and production route.

Custom Polar Fleece Finishes
Functional finishing
Enhanced anti-pilling, anti-static and water-repellent finishes can be discussed according to the target product and required test method. Other functional requirements should be reviewed individually before sampling.
Printing and embossing
Transfer printing, rotary screen printing, flat screen printing and tonal embossing can be developed. Approve a strike-off for color, scale, penetration and surface clarity.
Bonded constructions
Polar fleece can be bonded with knitted, woven or membrane-based face materials for softshell, wind-resistant and more structured two- or three-layer constructions.
DWR-treated polar fleece is water-repellent, not fully waterproof. Waterproof and windproof performance normally depends on the complete bonded structure and garment construction.
