What types of bonded fabric can you supply?
We develop 2-layer laminated fabric, 3-layer laminated fabric, softshell bonded fabric, bonded fleece fabric and other fabric-to-fabric constructions. TPU and PU membrane options are available for jackets, outdoor wear, workwear, uniforms and sportswear.
What is your MOQ for wholesale bonded fabric?
For existing or similar qualities, the MOQ normally starts from 1,200 meters per color. New developments may require a different MOQ depending on the face fabric, membrane, backing, color and finishing process.
How long does sampling take?
Available quality samples normally take 2–7 days. New color matching, layer combination or finishing development usually takes approximately 7–15 days after the specification is confirmed.
Can you develop fabric to a target waterproof or MVTR requirement?
Yes. We can review the membrane, layer structure and finishing according to your target. Please provide the required value and test method, because results from different test methods may not be directly comparable. Final performance should be confirmed on the approved sample.
Do you offer TPU and PU bonded fabric?
Yes. TPU and PU membrane options are available. We can recommend the suitable membrane based on hand feel, breathability, cost target and application.
Can you match our color or reference sample?
