Fabric Inspection Flow
A rigorous 6-step protocol ensuring premium quality for manufacturers.
1 Order & Standard Confirmation
Confirm customer requirements: fabric type, width, weight, color, handfeel, functions
Fix technical specification & inspection standard
2 Pre-Production Sample / Lab Dip
Make lab dip / small sample / trial lot
Internal check → send to customer for approval
Only after approval, start bulk production
3 Bulk Production & In-Process Inspection (IPQC)
Monitor weaving/knitting: broken ends, broken picks, density, yarn defects
Monitor dyeing & finishing: shade, shrinkage, skew, handfeel
Adjust machines in time to avoid batch defects
4 Final Fabric Inspection (FQC)
100% inspection on fabric inspection machine or sampling as agreed
Check defects: holes, stains, knots, slubs, shade variation, skew, crease marks
Measure width & length, record defects and rolls
5 Grading, Marking & Handling Defects
Grade each roll: First quality / Second quality / Reject
Attach labels, mark defective rolls, separate non-conforming goods
Arrange rework, replacement or scrap, and analyze root causes
6 Pre-Shipment Check, Reports & Packing
Random re-check key items before shipment
Issue inspection report + test report + retain samples
Pack, mark, load, and ship according to customer requirements
ZERO DEFECT COMMITMENT
Our 4-line inspection system with advanced equipment catches defects before they reach you. Unlike suppliers who do random sampling, we inspect 100% of production.
Detailed documentation with every shipment
Advanced testing equipment for all fabric properties
Approve bulk samples before final production release
