Q1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct fabric manufacturer located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, with our own production and inspection lines.
Q2. What is your main product range?
We specialize in knitted, woven, and bonded fabrics—particularly fleece, jersey, velour, terry, air-layer, and various functional and recycled fabrics.
Q3. What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is around 500 kg per color or design, depending on the fabric. For some regular items, we may support more flexible quantities—just tell us what you need.
Q4. How long is your lead time?
Sampling usually takes about 7–15 days. Bulk production typically takes 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit/LC.
Q5. Can you follow our test standards and provide reports?
Yes. We can produce according to your test requirements (such as colorfastness, Martindale, pilling, etc.) and provide reports from our own lab or third-party labs.
Q6. What payment terms do you accept?
We usually work with TT and LC. For long-term partners, we can discuss other options case by case.
Q7. What happens if there is a quality problem?
We always aim to prevent issues first, but if a problem occurs, we will actively work with you on solutions such as replacement orders, partial refunds, or fabric return for repair, depending on the situation.
